GradToGold is a job application tracking platform designed for university students and graduates. The Service allows you to: • Track job applications manually or via email sync • View statistics and insights about your job search • Export your application data We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Keep your account credentials secure • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Upload malicious code or content • Impersonate any person or entity • Harvest or collect user data without consent • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions.

If you connect your email account: • You grant us permission to access your inbox via OAuth • We only read emails to identify job-related correspondence • We do not read, store, or process personal emails unrelated to job applications • You can revoke access at any time from your settings Email sync is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee detection of all job-related emails.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GradToGold and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Defects will be corrected • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRADTOGOLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING: • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruption • Computer damage or system failure Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GradToGold and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
